But yesterday Miley Cyrus' younger sister Noah Cyrus was seen out on an 'official outing' with her partner for the evening, Frankie Jonas. The pair were attending the premiere of their film, Ponyo at the Mann Village Theatre in Los Angeles.
Damn, these kids are starting young aren't they? Under 10 years old and attending the premiere of THEIR movie!
It looks as though Niley 2.0 could be in the making.
