Miley Cyrus is auctioning off four VIP tickets for A Time for Heroes Celebrity Picnic presented by Disney on June 7 at the Wadsworth Theater in Los Angeles.
The tickets are exclusively available on CharityFolks.com. The proceeds benefit the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation.
The persons who gets those tickets and their three guests can walk the star-studded red carpet with more than 100 of today's hottest celebs, including Ashlee Simpson, Brittany Snow, Heidi Klum, Jaime Pressly, Lauren Bosworth, Lauren Conrad, Pete Wentz, Rumer Willis and Selena Gomez.
Then the winners can go backstage for a special meet-and-greet and photo-op with superstar Miley.To make the day even more amazing, the winners and their guests will sit in the front row for Miley's rockin' performance.
