Ashley Tisdale steps out in a black LBD with jewel detailing at the 2009 Kids’ Choice Awards held at UCLA’s Pauley Pavilion in Los Angeles on Saturday afternoon (March 28).
The 23-year-old actress’s flick, High School Musical 3: Senior Year won Fave Movie! Ashley will release her sophomore album, Guilty Pleasure, on June 16th.
