The storyline is about a goldfish named Ponyo who decides to leave her home under water and makes friends with a young boy who lives in a small coastal village.The story was actually inspired from Hans Christian Andersens The Little Mermaid, the same place that Disneys The Little Mermaid was inspired from.
Miley Cyrus younger sister Noah Cyrus and the Bonus Jonas, Frankie Jonas, are working together on this new movie.
In a recent interview Noah said, I actually have a movie coming out call Ponyo. I play a goldfish in it, and I wanna be a human in it, and my best friend is a human, and I think thats where I get it from, and then I turn into a human. The guy who plays my best friend in it is Frankie Jonas, the Jonas Brothers little brother.
